Friday is a fun day
My favorite day has arrived this week.....PAY DAY!! I've been looking forward to this day for one reason alone. I can finally finish my Christmas shopping. And then, when people ask me if I've finished my shopping yet, I can reply with an emphatic "YES! NOW STOP ASKING ME!!". I hate when people ask, because it's almost always accusatory. They're done with their shopping, so they want to show how superior they are that they had the foresight to go to the stores before Black Friday....or before the last pay day before Christmas.
So it's off to the mall and The Strip for some Christmas-y goodness. Ah, I can feel it now! The wading through the sea of humanity to get where I need to go, standing in line while people let their cattle....errrr, precious little children....run free through the stores, and then dealing with the demolition derby in the parking lots and on the streets.
Ah yes, it truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

When mentioned that I want a big storm to hit the area the other day, I was not aware that we were looking for a panhandle hook to come into the region this weekend. I think I may get my wish after all!
